Key Responsibility

Reporting to the Vice Provost for Learning Innovation, the Program Manager and Advisor is expected to:

Manage Coursera College of Computing program student success support processes, including new student set up and advising;
Coordinate Coursera advising – send Coursera account linking reminders, track onboarding completion, onboarding course revisions for upcoming intake; review and increase Slack activity among students;
Oversee reactive ticketing activity in Salesforce;
Work with the Teaching Assistants and Student Success teams to monitor course progress and send reminders to students who need to finish by program deadline;
Provide academic advising- including planning timelines, program requirements, and course availability,
Manage course failures or incompletes and follow-ups with students, monitor course progress, and send Tier 3 outreach.

Key Responsibility	Working with the Office of the Vice Provost, will be expected to schedule program webinars, push student announcements, facilitate and post recordings of program webinars (new student welcome webinar, program director Q&A) Interact and participate of meetings with Teaching Assistants and Faculty when related to student support and success strategies.

Key Responsibility	Work with IIT registrar and support units and with Coursera team to provide technical support affecting live students in a course; troubleshoot student exam issues, including third party proctoring tools; troubleshoot issues with processing enrollments (course access); apply item setting exception in-course for approved program-level student accommodation.
